Beautiful reflection, brother. It is so true, we are surrounded by so many things that we disagree with, so how are we to shield ourselves from the ills of our environment? Now, it is very important not to shield ourselves from our environment completely, but only from the ills in it. I think that reading the Quran and pondering its verses is the first step in creating this shield. May Allah (swt) guide us all.</description>
